Why do I feel like this...im always thinking of him, please u gotta help me!?
okay im sorry for taking ur time but please help me out here. I seriously like this guy, ive liked him for 5 years now. I just think of him everyday, its like a punishment becuase i hant got guts to talk to him...I would rather kiss a toilet seat! I just think of him, hes everywhere, I work and see cute guys but then i say to myself 'no way, he is sooo not better than him (the guy i like)'. Im not so sure if we are meant to be together but please tell me...do you think this is just a crush...ive liked other guys but then hated them after 2 weeks...3 months at most. This is just a crush right?

Hah. I've sorta experienced this before. But i read something that makes a lot of sense.
Think about this: you always THINK of him, comparing him to other guys, and not giving the others a chance. But do you even like this guy anymore? If you liked him five years ago, chances are you don't. People can change a lot over five years, and the guy you fell in love with five years ago can be a different guy now. Your taste in guys has probably changed too! Just think it through, I'm sure you'll find some sense in it! And don't be afraid to go after other guys. You can't hang around waiting for this one guy forever...
Oh, and also...do you think you might be using "him" as a...security blanket, in a sense? You know how little kids hang onto like teddy bears to feel good? You could be doing the same! You might not even like him anymore, you just think "oh I have a crush on him" because it gives you something to do! Sometimes it's just time to move on and meet some new hotties!!
