Why do taggers.....?
vandalize restrooms by carving their moniker on toilet seats? Don't they realize that I'm putting my big fat white pimply a ss right on top of it and taking a dump? Or if I'm just peeing and miss, I'm pissing on them?
I guess they are like dogs having to mark their territory. And just like the anonymous dog, no one know or cares who they are.
taggers don't see their art as vanadalism. Most taggers tag to express its art. Others just tag to do something or to get revenge. Some taggings are symbols for gangs and when their rivals mark their terrority, they retaliate. A lot of times, taggers are just trying to express their artistic quality. I agree some tags are vandalism but others are MERELY artistic beauty.
