HELP! How to replace an integrated freezer with a dishwasher?

I am moving into a rented house. The kitchen is fully fitted with an integrated freezer underneath the sink. The freezer has a wooden cupboard door over it and does not have its own door. I want to replace the freezer with my own dishwasher.

My question is: how do I take out the freezer and put in a dishwasher instead? The cupboard has a wooden skirt at the bottom so how would I go about actually getting the dishwasher inside the hole created by removing the freezer? How would I replace the freezer when we moved out?

I do not want to create a big mess by messing around with the cupboards, but really want my dishwasher in the kitchen.

I would appreciate anyones help

Thanks

all the answers about the plinth are correct but you may have to take all the plinth off all the way round as one may go behind the other in the corners the freezer will be fixed at the top with 2 or more screws to the under side of the work top all so some models are screwed by the hinges or a bracket on the side remove the screws and lower the front legs abit and pull it out you may need to drop the back legs this will help you pull it out you don't say if your dishwasher is also Integrated it it is you will have to take the wooden door of the freezer and fit it to the dishwasher you will have to cut some of the plinth down to open the door if it is free standing (not Integrated) you can not put the plinth back over the front so that would have to be cut off where the dishwasher stands the appliances are both 600mm wide so it would fit ok and don't forget the water feed and waste pipe
