Severe Self Hatred And Rage... end of my tether?
I have bipolar, supposedly. I am probably aspergers. I have severe OCD also.I also have eating issues, tho not as severe as when I was younger (I am 33 now), but I have noticed that when I become more obsessed with my weight, everything else seems to fall apart.
I have massive ocd issues revolving around my weight. I can see 126 Ibs on 5 sets of scales and believe I am actually double that if I do not fit some clothes, or if something I sit on sinks under my weight. Currently it is my air mattress that I sleep on that is convincing me I am heavy. It starts out nice and even, the bumps all level, but after sleeping on it for a week or two, it becomes lower at one end than the other...namely the end opposite to the air valve. I obsess over it nightly, and because no one can give me logical explanation, i hit myself for being overweight and heavy.
I feel now it would be easier to just take my life, as each evening I spend hours at the mirror and with my bed, obsessing and crying.
