easy question on skin?
This is my daily routine.
1 ) Exfoliate cleanser/body wash once a week. ( Scrubber sponge as well for lathering)
2 ) Moisturizer cleanser/body wash everyday. ( Soft sponge as well for lathering)
3 ) I use warm water to open my pores first then cold water to close them.
4 ) Shampoo & Conditioner twice a week
5 ) Face lotion/body lotion/hand lotion
6 ) Scrub feet with a foot scrubber exfoliate once a week and moisturizer feet every day with a soft sponge
Is this fantastic or is there anything you recommend that I am doing wrong of the 1) 2) 3) 4) 5)
Yeah I don't think twice a week is enough. You should wash your hair every other day, at least that's what I do. If you have oily hair, it helps to wash it dry. Also, if you rinse your hair with cold water after washing it will look shinier. Other random tips:
If you apply moisturizer while your skin is still a little damp it will lock it in even more.
Natural yogurt is an amazing face mask.
Splash your face with cold water and press with a soft sponge to open pores and absorb moisture.
Clean your phone and pillowcase frequently to prevent acne.
Don't exfoliate too much!
Lastly, if you put mayonnaise in your hair, leave it for half an hour, then shampoo your hair will be unbelievably soft and shiny.
