A cartoon movie about a little witch, she's small and wears a green robe or something like that. HELP!!!?
Ok, so basically, when I was little I saw this cartoon movie or something and it basically stuck with me for all these years. On the cover of the movie there is a short little witch girl (animated) with frizzy hair i believe, and she's wearing mostly green. I was really sure that it was a cartoon called The Little Witch or even maybe The Littlest Witch, but after searching that up in Google, I'm not so sure anymore, because I couldn't find anything that seemed familiar. Also on the VHS cover I believe she's holding a broom.
Now, just so you don't waste your time, it's no anything to do with Casper, or Wendy the Witch or w/e. So please help if you can because this has been torturing me for a while now. :S
