Where is a good place to purchase a used in surfboard in Santa Cruz or Bay Area?
I'm looking for a used long board and just want to get a good deal. I don't want to spend my time going to meet people to check out the boards from craigslist. That takes up a lot of time and effort. I'd like to go somewhere with some selection. If you have any helpful hints or suggestions please let me know. Thanks!
Just start stopping into local surf shops and ask. They know the local surf and want you to come back again to buy your next board. If you don't like the price in one shop just go on to the next shop. Sooner or later you'll find someone who is cash poor and would much rather have your cash than the old trade in or rental board that's just gathering dust in their shop.
