With a Glade Warmer Plug-in can it be tilted?

I bought two Glade Oil Warmers for our bathrooms and I didn't realize that our outlets in the wall plug in from left to right and not up and down. With the plug-in I would need to plug it in with the oil facing sideways. Is this okay to do or does the oil really need to be standing upward so it does not leak out.

mine turns 90 degree just for this application so the answer is yes
